Not Your Average Back to School Tips

It's back to school season all over the country. This time of year can feel really transitional, whether you’re sharpening your pencils or not. It's an opportunity to get organized, to cook your own meals, and to work on having a little structure and newness.  Our team has you covered. 

Like a new year, the new school year is a time to hit the reset button. Aly, our Indigo Energy Healer, tells us that this month is Virgo season, which is all about healthy digestion, efficiency, and routine to support your wellbeing.

Here are 3 new things you can do to support your new September routine:

1. Wind it down early. Set a bedtime alarm for 30 mins to 1 hour earlier than you have been this summer. While most of us can't sleep in later, we can turn off Netflix and scooch that bedtime earlier to get an optimal night of sleep.

2. Make a loose weekly menu. Make a grocery list in the notes section of your phone so you don't have to try to keep it in your head. Get quick and easy items for breakfasts on the run. Our RDs love Rebbl protein shakes, MUSH overnight oats, Siggi's yogurt, and Vital Farms egg cups.

3. Clean House! Clear out your closets, purge your pantry, clean your kitchen. Set a phone alarm for 20+ minutes, throw on your favorite music, and get busy. Fall is all about letting go, something we'll be dipping into more in this newsletter soon.
