The 411 On CBD

We love CBD, but we also know it’s confusing out there! With so many options out there, how do you choose the best product for you?
We work with trusted brands like @incann_usa and @highlinewellnessand have found CBD very helpful for many of our patients for anxiety, insomnia and pain. Here are some of our top tips when it comes to trying CBD.

Transparency

Inquire about third party testing. The top brands will all provide batch testing results to insure that you are getting what you pay for, and nothing else harmful.

Know your brand

Do a brand deep-dive. Find out about the company principles and ethics, look into how long they’ve been around and where and how they source their materials. A little research goes a long way.

Junk the junk

Check for additives. If you’re looking for something to calm you down, you probably don't want a heap of high fructose corn syrup and food dye. Check the labels of your products, and avoid anything with junky additives.

Dosing matters

Consider the format and dosing. Capsules, Tinctures and Topicals all work differently, and depending on your issue, a specific format might work best. Proper dosing can be different for everyone, so start slow and low and work your way up to a proper dosing.
