Unfortunately, the insurance-based system does not support the kind of patient-centered care we provide. Because of this, payment for services is required upfront, and if requested, we can provide insurance-ready receipts (superbills) to submit for reimbursement. You are welcome to use HSA and Flex Spend cards to pay for services.

We are considered Out-Of-Network (OON) providers, so the first step in determining whether you are eligible for reimbursement is to contact your insurance provider and find out about your coverage.

Call the patient number on the back of your card and ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage for acupuncture/ massage/ physical therapy/ nutrition services?

  • What percentage of the visit is covered?

  • Is there a limit to how many visits per year?

  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet?

  • What diagnoses are covered?

  • How do I submit super-bills?

If your plan covers our services, please let our admin team know so that we can create superbills after your visit. Please note, it may take us up to 5 business days to process your superbills.
