Personal training sessions range from mobility practice to block strength training periodization to acute muscle maintenance through a variety of approaches and breathing patterns.

    Whether you’re rehabbing from an injury, recently had a baby, or just looking to increase your strength and fitness, our trainer will work with you to customize a plan to meet your needs.

  • Julie Wandzilak is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years experience in the health and wellness field and has a physical therapy background with a Bachelors in Health Sciences.

    She’s worked at Equinox in Aman in NYC and joined indigo in 2024.

  • Julie is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years experience in the health and wellness field. Predisposed to a physical therapy background with a Bachelors in Health Sciences. Naturally, my coaching methods have focused on rehabilitation, honing in on technique and prioritizing a strong foundation to build upon. I thoroughly enjoy meeting my clients as they are and developing accountability towards their goals. During my extra time, I enjoying sharpening my coaching conversation skills through cognitive behavioral therapy processes and educating myself on how to guide my clients to their highest and healthiest selves.
