Aligned strength coaching redefines personal training by blending mobility practice, block strength periodization, and acute muscle maintenance with breathwork and stretching. Tailored to your unique goals, each virtual/online session emphasizes alignment and mindful techniques to build strength, improve flexibility, and support overall well-being—far beyond the gym's typical offerings.

    Whether you’re rehabbing from an injury, recently had a baby, or just looking to increase your strength and fitness, our trainer will work with you to customize a plan to meet your needs.

Looking for expert-designed workouts that fit into your schedule? Our Personalized Strength Training Programs offer a structured approach to strength training with the flexibility to train on your own time. Whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or optimizing performance, this program gives you a customized plan with expert guidance—without the need for in-person sessions.

We offer two options to fit your needs: the Basic Plan (2–3x per week), ideal for those looking to build consistency and strength at a steady pace, and the Advanced Plan (4–6x per week), designed for those ready to push their limits with a higher training volume. Both options include personalized programming, weekly adjustments, and ongoing support to help you stay on track and progress toward your goals.

  • Initial Consultation (30 min, Zoom or Phone) – We discuss your goals, fitness history, and movement needs to create a fully customized plan.
    Weekly Strength Training Plan – Delivered via Google Sheets with video demos for each exercise.
    Ongoing Support & Adjustments – Programs are updated weekly based on progress.
    End-of-Week Check-Ins – Clients report completion, and workouts are adjusted accordingly.
    Email Access for Support – Ask questions, get modifications, and stay on track.

    • 8–12 structured workouts per month

    • Ideal for those looking for a sustainable and balanced training plan.

    4–6 Days Per Week Strength or Strength + Cardio – $350/month

    • 16–24 structured workouts per month

    • Designed for individuals wanting a higher-volume program with more intensity.

    Need extra guidance? Add an optional virtual check-in session ($150 per session) for movement reviews, form checks, or program refinements.
