Meet Our New Pelvic Health Therapy Team
We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our team to include these *SUPERSTAR* pelvic health therapists! Please help us warmly welcome Dr. Kara Fanelli and Dr. Jodie Lippman to the Indigo family. 👏 👏
Kara is a doctor of physical therapy, a board certified women’s healthcare practitioner and a certified Polestar Pilates teacher. She embraces the mind-body connection when treating pain and is passionate about empowering her patients through their wellness journey. She loves listening and partnering with patients to understand each person’s specific goals to return them to the things they love.
Kara is thrilled to join the Indigo Wellness Group after practicing for 13 years in NYC. She recently moved to Fairfield, CT with her husband and two children and will be seeing patients in our Westport office.
Jodie has 13 years of experience as a clinical physical therapist. She is a former All American athlete, a pelvic health physical therapist, and a Polestar Pilates instructor. She believes in working in partnership with her patients to uncover and correct the root causes of their physical symptoms, and is passionate about educating her patients.
Jodie recently moved to Larchmont, NY with her family and will be seeing patients in our Stamford office.

FUN FACT: Kara went to the same high school as Sarah and Carolyn (Go Koalas!) and Kara and Jodie went to Physical Therapy school together. It’s basically one big school reunion over here! 💕
