The Truth About Weight

@Carolynbrownie here with some truth about weight today. The weight loss world has been getting a lot of hate and maybe rightfully so, we absolutely do need to change the way we talk about and think about our bodies, and a number on the scale says NADA about your true worth.

AND, you deserve to feel confident, energized and happy in your skin. I have no problem helping people lose weight in a sane, healthy way when we are looking at the inside stuff too (emotions, mental health, body talk, food and family history, labwork, etc).

There is so much behind weight and weight loss. Starting with... your weight is affected by so many things beyond food and exercise! And it shockingly has *ZERO* to do with willpower.

The truth is, to find your sustainable weight, we have to look at what is going on in the inside too.
