Time to give your liver a little love!💙

Most people think of their liver in terms of alcohol - and yup that's true, if you drink, your liver clears alcohol out of your system. But your liver is really the ultimate multitasker, it metabolizes and removes ALL toxins from your body, including any ingested via food or drink or medication, and also toxins from pollution and pesticides. Your liver is also a key player in hormone health (...even guys need hormone balance!), and it's involved in metabolism too.
