Posture Check

The hack of the day revolves around posture; more specifically standing while doing the dishes at your kitchen sink⁣. Many people stand with their feet parallel to the sink, finding hunched/ forward rounding posture while they scrub. ⁣

Rounding your back isn’t bad, but staying in one posture too long can cause discomfort. ⁣Instead, there is a way to be more comfortable for longer by using the cabinets under your sink ⁣

Prop the cabinet door open and place one foot on the cabinet ledge. ⁣This creates a staggered stance and encourages us to hinge from our hips/ trunk and not round. ⁣
