Summer Socializing

Summer socializing is upon us!! We love our BBQs, beach & pool time. Here are a few tips from our nutritionist @carolynbrownie to keep it healthy-ish. 🍉⛱☀️

1. If appetizers feel like your kryptonite, have a snack before you head to any bbq or party. A little pre-eating will help you feel so much more mindful of your decision making.

2. If you drink, make sure you keep it 1:1 water:rosé. Hydrate and don’t drink on empty. 🍷💦🍹💦

3. Pack beach safety snacks! Bring nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, guac and chips or veggies, or even healthier bars. Our fave of the moment is @Elementalsuperfood (skip chocolate flavors for melting purposes) 🥑🍓🌽🥕🍇

4. Choose your summer fun foods. What food, drink, or sweet treat brings you total JOY? Have it, really be present with and enjoy it… then move on with your life!🍿🍦🌭

5. Don’t forget… every body is a beach body! Try saying thank you to your amazing body that moves, takes care of those around you, comes up with creative ideas etc. whenever 'body stuff’ feels like it’s sneaking up on you. The truth is, nobody’s paying anywhere near as much attention to you as you think! 🏖
