The Buzz On Bone Broth

Let's talk BONE BROTH.

What is it? What does it do? Our ancestors have been making bone broth for thousands of years, so just like Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is not just a new health fad.

Bone broth is made from simmering (sometimes for days) animal bones. It's so easy to make from whatever is leftover from the chicken you had for dinner that you didn't eat (bones, marrow, organs, ligaments, cartilage, etc). You can also usually buy beef bones from a butcher - just make sure they are from grass-fed, organic cows. We also like these methods because they are a bit more cost effective, and more zero-waste friendly! The slow simmer of bone broth releases a punch of good nutrients you may not get in your daily diet like gelatin, glucosamine, collagen, and many more!
