You Deserve a Massage

Not all massage is created equal. If you've been wondering if lymphatic massage or energy healing is for you, here's what we recommend.

Therapeutic Massage

  • What it is: Our therapeutic massage is a customized treatment targeting your specific needs and challenges. While still maintaining a relaxing, stress-reducing flow, this approach involves techniques such as deep friction and glides, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and myoskeletal alignment to help relieve pain and soreness.

  • What it's great for: chronic pain, muscle stiffness, injuries, sports recovery

  • Indigo Massage Therapist: Kiah in Stamford

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

  • What it is: Lymphatic massage focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system, which is responsible for eliminating waste products, toxins, and excess fluid from the body. This technique involves light pressure and gentle, rhythmic motions and specific hand movements that encourage lymphatic vessels to contract and drain accumulated fluid.

  • What it's great for: detoxification, swelling, immune support

  • Indigo Massage Therapist: Cathie in Stamford or Westport

Energy Healing

  • What it is: Energy healing uses a unique fusion of reiki, acupressure, craniosacral therapy, and somatoemotional release to achieve profound and lasting results. A session can help address migraines, TMJ, chronic pain, neck and back pain, chronic fatigue, connective-tissue disorders, anxiety, insomnia and more.

  • What it's great for: chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, fertility struggles

  • Indigo Massage Therapist: Aly in Westport

  • What it is: This is a light therapeutic massage for cancer patients in need of a holistic approach to pain management. Oncology massage can help ease nerve pain, swelling, muscle tension and reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia during cancer treatment. May also include lymphedema support if necessary.

  • What it's great for: During chemo, radiation or post-treatment. Can be performed post-surgery once drains are removed.
